Cancellation Policy
We understand that weather and unexpected circumstances can impact your event. However, weather forecasts are often inaccurate, and in most cases, conditions are not severe enough to affect scheduled rentals.
To receive a full refund, excluding your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.
If severe weather conditions on the day of your event make it unsafe to set up or operate our equipment, we will issue a rain check that can be applied toward a future event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, and the full balance will still be due.
